INGREDIENTS
BATTER:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1-1/2 cups)
CINNAMON SUGAR SWIRL:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 6 thin slices of banana, for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and let cool slightly. Whisk in the sugar then the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and baking soda. Fold in the mashed bananas until just combined.
- In a small bowl, use a fork to stir together the cinnamon sugar swirl ingredients until thick and well combined.
- pread 1/4 of the batter evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Dollop 1/4 of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter in the pan and then make a nice thick swirl through the batter with a table knife or bottom of a wooden spoon. Place 1/3 of the remaining batter evenly over the first layer and swirl with 1/3 of the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Place 1/2 of the remaining batter evenly over the second layer and swirl with 1/2 of the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Spread the remaining batter evenly over the top and dollop with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Make large swirls throughout the entire loaf. Place six thin banana slices down the middle of the batter.
- Place loaf pan on a baking sheet and bake for 60-70 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

This easy banana bread is SO moist and delicious you would never guess that it’s made with just 3 simple ingredients. Feel free to add in the mix-ins of your choice to make it even more tasty (chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans, cinnamon, etc.). You can also make the batter into muffins so that it’s easier to eat on-the-go.
Simply mix the DRY cake mix with about 3 large, very ripe bananas and 2 eggs. Spread the batter evenly into 2 small greased bread loaf pans and bake in a 350 oven for 25-35 minutes. Voila! The BEST banana bread, ever.

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted or softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 medium, very ripe bananas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 bag of chocolate chips or 12 ounces of chopped chocolate
- Banana Slices for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth and slightly chunky.
- In a large bowl combine melted or softened butter with brown sugar until smooth.
- Add in eggs and whisk until smooth.
- To mixture, add milk and vanilla extract until combined. Add in in the mashed bananas to the batter and mix until incorporated.
- Add in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt to batter and gently stir until batter is combined. Do not over mix, batter lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (reserve 1/4 cup for topping) and pecans until just combined.
- Pour batter into a prepared loaf tin, smooth the top and top with a few banana slices and remaining chocolate. Bake banana bread for 50-60 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- Allow banana bread to cool for 10-20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and slicing.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 tablespoons milk
- 3 ripened bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 bag chocolate chips (totally your preference on how much you like)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar and the butter. Use a mixer on low until combined.
- Add eggs and blend.
- Add milk and the bananas and mix for about 1 minute. The batter may look at little lumpy - that's ok!
- Add the flour and the baking soda and mix until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spray 2 loaf pans with non-cook spray and divide the batter. Pour the batter into the two pans.
- Bake for 45 minutes (mine took a little longer, but my ovens are not so great). You should be able to take a knife or a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf and the they should come out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for about 30 - 45 minutes. Remove from pan and serve.
